We left for the airport first thing in the morning for our flight to Koh Samui. Said goodbye to Chris and Keith since we don't know if we would bump into them again after this. The owner gave us a ride to the airport and we just chilled out there until we were ready to board. We sat behind some smelly people on our flight to Bangkok. Once we got to Bangkok, we screwed around in the airport for as long as we can until our next flight, which was also delayed. We decided to live life on the edge and didn't book any hostels or hotels. Figured that it can all be sorted out once we get there.
We were stunned by the view as we were arriving in Koh Samui. It obviously was a really nice day out since we spent the whole day traveling. Anyways, once we got in, we checked out the bathroom. The women's bathroom was SUPER NICE... haha so nice that I had to take a picture! Once all our baggages were claimed and we were ready to head out, we of course missed the mini bus into Chaweng Beach and since we decided to cheap out on the cab ride, we waited around for the next mini bus which was going to take an extra 40 minutes. An hour past, no mini bus was to be seen, I asked the lady who dealt with our ride, she said that we had to wait for the next flight to get in which is another 30 minutes. We were all pissed off and told the woman off, so they offered us a taxi ride at a discount! Everything in Koh Samui is super expensive, even a 5 minute taxi ride would cost 400 Baht. It was a load of CRAP! We booked a hotel through the airport, a bit more than what we were expecting but we didnt really have a choice. The other cheaper ones were all booked and taken. It is nicer than all the other places we've stayed at. Once we settled in, we went out for a walk to get familiar with the area. There isn't very much where we were at, then again, we didn't walk very far. It was very touristy! Resorts are to be seen everywhere, especially all along the beach. We saw a bunch of restaurants that offer seafood right on the beach. The beach wasn't as nice as the one we saw in Koh Larn, but it's better than nothing. (We later realized that it was nicer and cleaner than Phuket). The hotel suggested a good thai place for dinner that is relatively cheap. Had some seafood dinner, it was the best so far. We went for another walk along the beach and found some other places that have cheaper food and decided that we'll be heading there for dinner the next day.
We made it a very early night since we've been traveling all day. However, it was super hard to go to sleep because assholes outside the hotel decided to blast their music in the fucking cab so we couldn't sleep well. Went downstairs to tell them to fuck off but it didn't work. What kind of fucking moron does that! Fuckers! But on the brighter side, we found out that Chris will be joining us in Koh Phangan on Friday. It will be EPIC!!!!!! We also booked our place for Koh Phangan... its called Mai Pen Rai Bungalows... looked pretty good, but no A/C.... hopefully i wont die!

I woke up early and updated my blog. It has been a while. Hahaha been super busy, a-duh! By 11, we were all ready to go soak in the sun. We did a whole lot of nothing, which is quite different from the past couple of weeks of traveling. A day with nothing to do seem to be pretty good. Curtis thought that we would save a lot of money in the south since we're just gunna be on beaches and not go shopping.. well, was he ever so wrong. THEY HAVE VENDORS THAT COME TO YOU ON THOSE FUCKING BEACHES... they sell dresses, tops, bed covers, and etc... and of course, we couldn't resist. Steph bought a couple of dresses, and I bought 2 sarongs and a bed cover... Steph's obsession with dresses was finally unleashed.... We walked around the beach and went to the place that we found yesterday night for dinner. They started their happy hour at 3! Curtis had a Blue Hawaiian and decided that this was the place to be!! Their drinks are super strong and super cheap. 3 dollar cocktails with a lot of booze, you can't go wrong with that. Anyways, they had a younger boy (14 years old) working there, so we kept bugging Steph to see if she wants to tap that since she has a thing for young fresh meat! He also flashed her his tattoo, I bet you it totally turned Steph on. Even if she doesnt want to admit it! BAHAHAHAHA... We had some seafood and it was AMAZING!!!!! I'm totally coming back for some lobster next time we're in Koh Samui. It was the best 15 dollars I've spent... and Curtis was a happy boy by the end.... he got super buzzed for 11 dollars. Steph really enjoyed her meal too! We got back to the place and got ready for Koh Phangan for the next day. That should be EPIC! yes... that is my new favourite saying!
